What are the pocket bike rules, laws and regulations in Houston, Texas? - houston bike
I want to buy a pocket bike engine min (many names), but I wanted to see what the boundaries of age, I must have a permit, and where I can get. a link would be great

Check this out. You can start riding when they are 15, with certain restrictions. But there is no pocket bikes, only mopeds, scooters and small motorcycles (under 250cc).

Motorcycle Operator Training
Courses provided by the
Department of Public Safety before
apply for a motorcycle license.
Prior to taking courses, minors

You can ride, but everywhere on the street. As far as I know, there is no age limit, because they are not legal for driving on the highway. If you are 16, just follow the MSF course grow and buy a motorcycle.
