Will my body still absorb nutrients from milk and the protein shake I'm taking if I'm lactose intolerant? - protein indigestion
I work and I try to put some more mass, and for that I must increase my calories by protein intake, so that my milk-based protein powder. but my body still absorb all the nutrients that I give, when mixed with milk because I Lactose Intolerant? (i very bad indigestion when I drink milk)
